Ft St John, B.C. –  Police have busted a sophisticated grow- op, on 89th Ave, in Ft St John, near the Duncan Cran Elementary school.

Using a search warrant, the Ft St John RCMP, located a well set up grow- op, along with an electrical diversion system.

At total of 175 marihuana Plants were seized, along with a loaded rifle.

Wesley Thomas Smith, has been charged with production of marihuana , possession of the drug for the purpose of trafficking, and unauthorized possession of a firearm.

Additional charges may be recommended to the crown.
