Smoke Advisory Issued

Prince George, B.C.- Another Wildfire Smoke advisory has been issued for Prince George and surrounding areas.
Current hourly average PM2.5 concentrations are 29 micrograms per cubic metre, and the 24 hour average is 28 micrograms per cubic metre. The provincial target for PM2.5 is 25 micrograms per cubic metre.
Smoke concentrations will vary widely as winds, fire behaviour and temperatures change.
The advisory means that at midnight tonight, and until midnight of the day the advisory is cancelled, Transit in Prince George will be free.

Is that bad ? I don’t get the conversions. I don’t know the units. How is it harmfull?
