Prince George, B.C. – The Prince George Cougars 2014 training camp moves into its second day of on-ice action today, and it’s also the day some players will be heading home.
Scrimmages go at 9 and 10:45 am, 12:30, 4:15, 6 and 7:45pm. Those final three scrimmages are followed by exit interviews.
That will leave the remaining players in camp on two squads, Team White and Team Black, on Monday. They’ll both have a morning skate followed by the intra-squad game at 7 Monday night. And that game is followed by the final cuts.
A reminder you can have a look at all of the prospective Cougars free of charge right through to the end of training camp.
And even the CN Centre rink staff is brushing up on its duties in preparation for the New Ice Age. The second scrimmage Saturday morning was held up after a glass panel was broken during warm-up.

Bleachers look a little empty. Hope this is not a sign of things to come.
Palopu,
I wasn’t even gonna dignify that with a response, and I’m not sure I should be but, you can’t be serious can you?
