Prince George, B.C. – A happy ending to the case of two Prince George residents gone missing on a weekend fishing trip.

RCMP Corporal Craig Douglass says PG Search & Rescue located Daniel Heft and Lisa Ogren at 2:00 this afternoon at their vehicle in a remote area east of the city.

He says both are safe and in good condition. The pair were due to arrive from a fishing trip to Tsus Lake yesterday.

Douglass says this case serves as a reminder to always leave a detailed travel plan with your loved ones.

He says bringing extra supplies including food and water along with a GPS locator is always a good idea too.
