Legebokoff Jury Poses Three Questions
Prince George, B.C. – Jurors in the multiple murder trial of Cody Alan Legebokoff had court reconvened in order to get more clarity on three questions tonight.
They asked the court for a transcript of the crown’s address to the jury however Justice Glen Parrett advised there is no transcript but a recording could be provided advising he would also have to supply a recording of the defense address.
The jurors also requested the testimony of Cody Alan Legebokoff as it pertained to Natasha Montgomery.
Justice Parrett advised Ms. Montgomery was referred to in direct and cross examination and asked the jury if they could be more specific.
The third question asked if clothing is removed and exposing the genitalia after a murder or death could be considered a sexual assault.
Justice Parrett said he would need more time to explore that question and although he felt he had been three for three and struck out would hope to provide an answer tomorrow morning.
He is now waiting to see if the jury is going to return with more specifics on the questions that were originally posed.
