Prince George, B.C. – Dozens of people turned out for the sixth annual FireTruck Pull in front of Prince George City Hall this morning.
Seven teams took part (BC Assessment, two from UNBC, Roller Derby Girls, Vista Radio, 2015 Canada Winter Games, PG Fire Rescue) with the goal of raising money for the United Way.
David McMullen with PG Fire Rescue says it’s an event they look forward to annually.
“It’s fun. We get out in the community and it’s great. It’s great to give back as well.”
Awards were handed out for best dressed team (UNBC and Roller Derby Girls), for most money raised (BC Assessment) and fastest team (UNBC resident group).
