Prince George, B.C. – A structure fire on the 1700 block of Tamarack Street has sent one person to hospital.

Prince George Fire Rescue responded to the basement suite blaze just before midnight last night and say the lone tenant suffered unspecified injuries.

The suite sustained approximately $10,000 in damages and the cause is under investigation.
