Third Time’s the Charm They Say

Prince George, B.C.- Add another name to the growing list of candidates vying for a seat on Prince George City Council.

Harry Ulch has filed nomination papers for a position on Council.

This will mark the third time he has  entered the race,  the first time,  in 2008 he  garnered 1996 votes, and increased that to 2791 votes  in 2011.

In the past two elections, Ulch, a retired conductor, he pushed for a return to residential zoning in the downtown core.
