Pinnacle Pellet Plant Explosion in Burns Lake

Burns Lake, B.C. – 250News has learned there has been an explosion at the Pinnacle Pellet plant in Burns Lake.
Initial reports indicate three workers have been injured, although the extent of their injuries is not known.
The Burns Lake fire department is on scene.
Further details will be forthcoming as they become available.

I hope all the workers make 100% recovery.
Wishing the injured make a speedy recovery. My thoughts are with the people of Burns Lake, this must bring back some horrible memories.
When will WCB do REAL inspections? Show up randomly, at these sawmills – instead of giving 10 days to 2 weeks notice?
Contractors who travel from mill to mill, doing work similar to the work done at Pinnacle, know which mills are clean and which are dirty – but WCB doesn’t.
Have they been given the mandate to protect corporate $ and jobs over worker safety?
