Trail, B.C. – Thirteen Cariboo Cougars found the score sheet Saturday as the Cats defeated the Kootenay Ice by a score of 11-1 in Trail.

Leading the way was Captain Austin Grey, who had 2 goals and 4 assists. Colton Thomas had 5 points (2G, 3A), Justin Almedia had a hat trick, and Steven Jandric scored once and added three helpers for the Cougars.

Griffen Outhouse backstopped the Cougars to victory, improving his won/loss record to 6 and 1. The Cariboo Cougars record now stands at 10-2-1.

The teams meet again at 9:45 this morning in Trail.
