Prince George, B.C. – The search for two overdue hunters has come to a successful conclusion.

The two were was supposed to return from their hunting trip in the Willowcale area south of Prince George around 7 last night but failed to do so.

This morning Search and Rescue was called in to assist.

Corporal Craig Douglass says they were located at around 8:15 this morning and are safe.

He hasn’t spoken to the hunters yet but notes they “clearly weren’t prepared and that’s the message here.”
