—-
“The CMG, on behalf of Jian Ghomeshi grieve a violation of CMG/CBC Collective Agreement including, but not limited to, Article(s) 1,6,11, 27 and any other relevant Article.”
“Specifically, the Corporation has terminated Mr. Ghomeshi without proper cause contrary to the terms and conditions of the collective agreement. Such termination has damaged the reputation and livelihood of the member.”
…..
“Specific remedy sought”
”
1) Acknowledge a violation of the Collective Agreement
2) Reinstate the member to his previous position without any loss of pay or benefits
3) Make the member whole in all respects
4) Any other remedy deemed appropriate by a third party.”
