Vanderhoof AQ Advisory Continues

Vanderhoof, B.C.- The air quality advisory issued for Vanderhoof last Thursday, remains in effect.
Sources of fine particulates contributing to the air quality episode include wood smoke from wood stoves and/or open burning, as well as emissions from industry, rail traffic and vehicles.
For the next two days, there is to be no open burning of debris in the area with a 25 kilometre radius of District of Vanderhoof Municipal Hall unless there is a permit, or approval from the Ministry of Environment.
The air quality advisory will remain in effect until further notice.

It from these pulp mills and the oil refinery oh, and the raw sewage plant here in Prince George. We have bad air here too but I don’t see an advisory ….why I wonder?
