Still No Sign of Missing P.G. Woman

Prince George, B.C.- The Search for a woman missing in the area of the willow river rest stop has wrapped for this evening, but plans are to resume the search at first light tomorrow morning.
More than thirty volunteers on foot and ATV searched the area around the Willow River today for 49 year old Anita Thorne of Prince George. ( in photo at right)
The RCMP also contributed a float plane to the search this afternoon.
At this point nothing has been found.
Search and Rescue groups from Vanderhoof, Quesnel and MacKenzie have been asked to assist in the effort to locate Anita Thorne.
Thorne was last seen on Wednesday morning. her vehicle was found, unlocked at the Willow river rest area.
