Dawson Creek- A man has turned himself in connection with a shooting that took place in Dawson Creek last September.

A 49 year old man had sustained  a gunshot wound , a suspect was arrested but was not charged.

Harvey Howard Quock,  has now turned himself in to police, after a warrant for his arrest had been issued.

He is charged with two counts of carless use of a firearm, one count of possession of a firearm without a license, and one count of improper firearm storage.

Quock will appear in court at a later date.
