Puppy Thief Busted

Prince George- An investigation by police into the theft of a puppy,has resulted in a man, well known to police in this area, being charged with that theft, along with several other charges.
On December 4th, police received a complaint of a stolen dog. In the investigation police were able to determine that the suspect they were looking for was, Ryan Chiappe. He was also suspected in an assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats, and possession of stolen property . Chiappe has come in contact with police over 100 times since 2007.
When he was pulled over by police, sure enough there was the puppy . A search of a home on Minotti Drive turned up two stolen motor bikes .
The little dog has been returned to its owner.

That’s sad. He was a good kid, so hard to believe its the same guy… 100 times in 7-years? I took a look at his facebook page and sure enough there he is with pictures of him and his new puppy… lol. Hopefully he gets his issues straightened out before its to late.

Millworker nailed it. Vanderhoof and surrounding native bands, watch out! You CANNOT have this guy doing women’s self defense training. Look at his criminal record! It’s not like it’s even an old record, he’s an active violent offender!
Take a few minutes and stalk his FB page. Hee talks about breaking the generational cycle of pain, yet has videos of himself training his son to fight. He speaks of not being able to keep what isn’t yours, yet has pictures with his stolen puppy.
He is either the biggest hypocrite in the world or he is completely insane. Or both.
Oh well the big corporations steel from us all the time.
