Another Busy Weekend for Operation Red Nose

Prince George, B.C. – Operation Red Nose volunteers delivered 289 rides this past weekend.oprn

It was the second highest total for weekend four (just behind the 319 rides given in 2010) in Prince George.

On Friday 23 teams travelled over 2,800 kilometres on route to delivering 118 rides while on Saturday they travelled over 4,300 kilometres to deliver 171 rides.

To date the designated driving service has provided 919 safe rides home this holiday season.

They will be back for their final night of service New Year’s Eve.
