More Nasty Weather on the Way
Prince George, B.C.- A special weather statement for Prince George has been issued by Environment Canada. The statement advises that a “moisture laden system” will move into the region starting Sunday morning and will spread across the rest of the central and southern interior throughout the day.
“The clash of this warm and moist system with the entrenched Arctic air will lead to significant snowfall in many areas. As the system Progress, the snow may transition to freezing rain in southern regions” reads the statement.
Environment Canada says forecasts will be updated and any necessary warnings issued once the exact locations and predicted snowfall amounts are known.
The bottom line is, keep checking the weather icon on 250News for further details and possible changes.

Oh, but keep checking the weather!
