Very sad …. so very sorry for his/her family’s loss
Very sad!
Very sad but it would be nice to be able to get an update on exactly what happened there.
I came around that same corner before the accident and just about lost control. Chock this one up to poor road conditions and no sand. How long is the province going to allow this contract with the current company continue?

I think you meant to say, ‘driving too fast for the conditions’.
I don’t understand the need for the photo. How sad.
I’m with rambleon…..no need for the this tragic photo. Very sad indeed.
Of course Johnny Belt would have all the answers.
The photo explains a lot of things, like where it happened and the result. Must have been going pretty quickly.

One of the other news outlets quotes an officer stating that speed was a factor.
Really quite a sad situation, 39 is awfully young to not be going home.

PG drivers-when will you slow down to road conditions! This is NOT July. Our bus drivers are excellent professional drivers and it is a miracle they are hit by more of the speed demons in the city.
It is very sad that someone had to die but will this message get through to the drivers who refuse to accept the winter conditions and show respect and courtesy to other responsible drivers on the road.
250 News: I wish you would publish a follow up article with the investigation results of the RCMP to all these accidents that you report. These accidents are becoming all too common. More tickets have to be issued by the RCMP. Hit the offenders in the pocketbook!
Need concrete barrier to separate the north from the southbound lanes especially on that curve.
Was she wearing a seatbelt? I can’t tell if the airbags went off, would be curious to know more details. That Ford didn’t protect her at all by the looks of it.
