More Charges Approved in Fort St John Bust
Prince George, B.C. – Charges are pending against another five men and a woman stemming from an RCMP drug investigation in Fort St. John last fall.
On October 28th, 2014 the Fort St. John RCMP displayed items seized from six search warrants conducted on September 9th. The haul included over one kilogram of cocaine, one kilogram of marihuana, approximately $300,000.00 cash and numerous firearms.
Crown Counsel has now approved charges against the following six people:
Chevy Arnold FRANKE-BARTON, age 27: two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
Mack Gustav FRANKE-BARTON, age 24: two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
Murphy Jared KOROLYK, age 24: one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
Curtis Jeffrey BAGAN, age 23: two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and one count of Possession of Property Over $5,000.00 Obtained by Crime
Chase Matthew BAGAN, age 21: two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
Brittney Robin DOMEIJ, age 19: two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.
They are scheduled to appear in court January 21st, 2015.
The investigation resulted in charges previously laid against another eleven adult males, two adult females and two male juveniles. Many of the accused are from the Fort St. John area but some are from the Prince George and Lower Mainland areas.
