Chetwynd – RCMP are asking the public to  allow PEP to conduct a search for two missing snowmobilers from Vanderhoof who were reported missing at 9.30 last night.

The pair were originally heading  to Powder King , but then detoured and ended up at Chetwynd . Their vehicle was found last night , near Chetwynd, and the Provincial Emergency team is heading into the area equipped with a helicopter , to find the missing men.

Police are asking the public to stay away from the area , to allow PEP to conduct a more detailed  search.
