Ft St John – A motor vehicle accident at mile 64 of the Alaska Highway has closed traffic in both lanes of traffic.

The RCMP from Ft St John  are on the scene  Flaggers are trying to find a detour around the crash.

The crash involved three vehicles. There are injuries but the extent is not known at this time.

The highway is expected to be open after 2.30 pm.
