Prince George, B.C. – One person has been sent to hospital following a structure fire in Prince George last night.

Assistant Chief Denis Poulin with Prince George Fire Rescue says crews were called to the blaze in the 9000 block of Inglewood Road just before 11:30 Sunday night.

17 firefighters from three halls arrived to find a home fully involved. One person was in the residence at the time and was transported to hospital with smoke inhalation.

Poulin says fire damage was extensive but the cause and damage value is unknown.
