Free Sessions For Landlords & Tenants Start Tonight

Prince George, B.C. – A series of free sessions to help educate landlords and tenants in northern B.C. start in Mackenzie tonight.

They are being run by the Residential Tenancy Branch and will focus on the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants.

Topics to be discussed include the following:

How the law applies to landlords and tenants
Rental agreements and leases
Repairs and maintenance
Rent increases
Eviction and ending a tenancy

The meetings will take place in the following communities:
