Prince George, B.C. – It’s that time of year again for the UNBC Timberwolves.

Tonight, the top student-athletes will be honoured at the school’s annual athletics banquet.

This year’s award nominees are:

Male Rookie of the Year: T-Wolves basketball player Vaggelis Loukas and soccer player Francesco Bartolillo.

Female Rooke of the Year: Soccer player Madison Emmond and basketball player Vasiliki Louka.

Male Athlete of the Year: Soccer player Ty Venhola and basketball player Franco Kouagnia.

Female Athlete of the Year: Soccer player Sidney Roy and basketball player Sarah Robin.

The banquet starts at 6 pm at the Hart Crown Banquet Hall.
