Prince George, B.C. – The Prince George Hospice Society has unveiled its new show home that will be grand prize in their annual lottery.Located on Stillwater Crescent at the end of Malaspina in College Heights, the home delivers a modern look from the exterior, with it’s artificial turf, recycled rubber as mulch and carefully laid flat river rock in a ying and yang design.
Inside, the feel is warm and rustic, as the 2447 square foot home features warm wood accents and stone.
There are three bedrooms upstairs, a family room, laundry room, and a huge ensuite bathroom ( photo at right)
New this year, are built in bedside cabinets in the master bedroom and inset lighting on the stairs .
The proceeds from the lottery will support Rotary Hospice House beds and the bereavement grief and education programs offered by the PG Hospice Society.
The lottery this year will once again offer the 50/50 draw, and there are plenty of early bird prizes. The first early bird prize will be drawn for on June 26th and will someone win a 2014 Polaris Sportsman 570 EFI ATV. Other prizes include comfort cruiser bicycles, a cruise, and a gift card package worth $6,800.
The grand prize draw is slated for November 12th. The home is appraised at $465 thousand dollars.

Yes they are on sale..lots of places..Canadian tire, the actual house, the hospice house …
A very nice home, and a very deserving cause. I hope they sell all the tickets, and pick mine for the grand prize!
