Prince George, B.C. –  Many  Shaw cable customers in Prince George who have their  home phone lines through Shaw cable,  won’t be able to get a dial tone this hour.The automated  response  when you call Shaw has advised “some customers in the Prince George area may be experiencing interruptions to their home phone or television services, we are working to correct this  problem”.

The reason for the signal loss is not clear, but Technicians have  tracked  the  site where  they believe the   connection was lost.

Technicians have been dispatched to  the scene to  make the necessary repairs.  The reason for the loss of signal is not yet known, but it is expected the  repairs  can be  completed within the next couple of hours.
