Prince George, B.C.- Education Minister Peter Fassbender is in Prince George today touring some sites and taking part in a special forum.

Education Minister Peter Fassbender and representatives from School District 57, will visit Harwin Elementary this morning and tour the Centre for Learning Alternatives at John McInnis.

Then, it’s down to work with representatives from several school districts across the north at a K-12 Innovation forum that will take place at the Coast Inn of the North.

The forum is one of the steps in the Ministry’s K-12 Innovation strategy which is aimed at finding new and innovative teaching practices that integrate and promote personalized learning in the classroom, school and school community.
