100 Mile House, B.C. –  Four men  have been arrested for production of a controlled  substance and are to appear in court in November.The arrests  followed the execution of a search warrant on a property  on Abel Lake Road near 105 Mile House this week.

Police  uncovered  a large indoor marijuana grow op  and a  lab  they say was being used to make Butane honey Oil (BHO).

The RCMP seized approximately 50 pounds of drying marihuana bud, 491 high yielding marijuana plants, several firearms, over 7000 dollars in cash, along with a pickup truck and quad.

According to police, the grow op had one  medicinal marijuana licence registered to the property.

The investigation continues.
