Firefighters  clear the building – photo 250News

Prince George, B.C. – Prince George Fire Rescue responded to a minor structure fire this evening in the north end of the City.

A/C Kevin Woodhouse says the  fire  started in the dryer  of the Edelweiss Place home just before 8 this evening.  The residents were home at the time and managed to extinguish the flames on their own, but called Prince George Fire Rescue .

No one was injured  and the  extent of damage appears to be smoke  that  spread through  the house.

A/C woodhouse says he will know more  once he has been able to conduct his investigation
