Babine Inquest Delivers Dozens of Recommendations

Burns Lake, B.C. – The Jury for the Coroner’s inquest into the deaths of Robert Luggi Jr, and Carl Charlie has delivered its recommendations, and there are many.41 recommendations for change have been delivered, 250News will detail them for you once the Coroner’s Service has released the full copies.
Robert Luggi and Carl Charlie died as a result of injuries suffered when the Babine Forest Products mill in Burns Lake exploded in flames in January of 2012. The five-man, two-woman jury found the deaths of the two men accidental and determined the immediate cause of death to be exposure to explosion and fire.
