Prince George, B.C. – Cowboy boots and country roots,  that was the theme of this year’s BCNE.  Today is Cowboy Day,  and admission is only $2  until 11 this morning.

Highlights of todays activities:

• Pancake breakfast $6 a plate at the Beer Gardens,  from 8 am to 11 am.
• Great Northern Rockin’ Rodeo, (noon)
• Fire Fighter Games (10am – noon / 1pm – 6pm)
• 3 Abreast Horse Pull 10:30am to 2 pm
• 4-H Speak and Show Presentations 11am- 3pm
• Trail Class In Hand 4 pm to 6 pm
• Trail Class Under Saddle 6pm -8pm
• The Voice Competition ( all day)

As has  been the case  throughout the  BCNE, the following will be available as well:

• Kin 1 – Vendors  and Northern Taste Market  from (10 am to 6 pm)
• Kin 2 -Craft Fair and Home and Horticulture (10 am to 6pm)
• Richard’s Racers (12:30, 2:30. 5 pm 7 pm)
• Petting Farm (10 am-2pm and 3 pm to 7 pm)
• Tractor Rides (11 am to  5 pm)
• Food court
• Uncle Chris the Clown (11am- 5pm)
