Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested
Prince George, B.C. – RCMP have made an arrest yesterday afternoon’s armed hold up at the TD bank in College Heights.
Yesterday afternoon, a lone male, wearing a mask, entered the bank at Domano and O’Grady, produced what appeared to be a hand gun demanded cash, then fled the scene on foot.
With the assistance of the Detachments Police Dog Service and the North District Emergency Response Team, an extensive search of the area was conducted. At approximately 5:40 PM, a 31 year old male was located and arrested in a wooded area off O’Grady Road.
Evidence, including an airsoft pistol and a vehicle, has been seized and the stolen cash recovered.
The accused man is from Smithers, BC and has no history with police.
Police will be requesting he be remanded in custody until his first appearance in Provincial Court on Thursday August 13th, 2015.

He must have been thinking about winter coming and looking for a nice warm place to stay.
