Hudson’s Hope, B.C.- A young female has become the 7th person this year  to  die  in an ATV collision  within  the  boundaries of the RCMP’s North District..

RCMP say the Hudson’s Hope detachment  received a  report of an ATV  collision around 7:30 last night , 2kms down a gravel road off  Farrell Creek Road,  east of Hudson’s Hope.

When Officers arrived on scene,  they discovered  a young female, the lone  rider of the ATV, had succumbed to her  injuries.

An RCMP Traffic Reconstructionist from Fort St. John attended the scene, and it is believed the  ATV went off the  road  to the right,  flipping on to its side, and ejecting the driver.

RCMP and the BC Coroner’s Service  continue to investigate and no further information will be released at this time.
