Prince George, B.C. – Today is the start of Paint Canada Pink Week.

It’s to help raise awareness for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure which takes place 50 days from now, on October 4.

Mr. PG is displaying the Run for the Cure Pink Flag as a measure of support locally.

“Paint Canada Pink Week is an opportunity to raise awareness about the breast cancer cause and to encourage our community to register and start fundraising for the annual event in Prince George,” says Melissa Veregin, co-run director in Prince George.
