Driver Escapes Injury in Foothills Rollover

Prince George, B.C. – Prince George RCMP are investigating a single-vehicle accident which occurred Saturday afternoon on a bend on Foothills Boulevard about halfway between First Avenue and the entrance to the Moore’s Meadow parking lot.
Shortly before 4:30pm a car heading north on Foothills crossed the centre line, left the road surface, skidded through the gravel in the ditch and rolled, ending up on its side. The road was wet at the time.
The young male driver and lone occupant escaped without any visible injuries. He was checked at the scene by paramedics, who then left that location.
Speed has not been ruled out as a factor in the incident as police continue their investigation.

I’m guessing texting, when are you fools going to learn? Texting and driving don’t go togeter
Very strange tracks left behind on the pavement and going into the grass. Even fishtailing does not seem to quite explain them.
Keep right except to pass.
cheers
Boy he has some explaining to do trouble when his mother finds her vehicle is the top story on 250 news.
Looks like two vehicles involved . How do four wheels make five drag marks ?
Pretty obvious the car was slowly spinning around. Back end beat the front end to the ditch by the looks of it and got some air time off that dirt hump.
I agree about what seems to be a fifth wheel mark. Motorbike heading south trying to get out of the way of the car?
We need more radar on foothills, travel that roadall the time and the speed some of them do is nuts.

Maybe we should address the real issue? That being the sheer incompetence of many, many drivers. We need to make it much more difficult to get and to keep a license.
Ax, we could start with parents NOT teaching their children to drive like them.
The Real Issue is Speed, not Driver Skills, drive the posted Speed ,stay of that Phone Idiot and you won’t get into Trouble, all the Driver Training in the World won’t help you , if you ignore the Law ! I don’t make the Rules, I just follow them !

Nonsense. A well trained driver wouldn’t even need a legally mandated speed limit, they would be driving within their abilities, they’d be driving for the conditions and they’d be driving defensively. And not one of them would be on their phone.
Just because you’re doing the speed limit doesn’t mean you know what you’re doing or that you’re any good at it.
