Prince George, B.C. – A 33 year old Prince George man is dead following a single vehicle crash this morning.

Prince George RCMP Corporal Craig Douglass says it happened at around 8:15 when the pickup the man was driving rolled down a steep embankment off of Highway 97 South just south of Sintich Road.

He says the man, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was found deceased at the scene.

Douglass also notes a search of the area was conducted and it is not believed that there were any other occupants.

The Prince George RCMP, with the assistance of the North District RCMP’s Traffic Services, continue to investigate.

Witnesses are asked to call police at 250-561-3300. A name has not been released.

That’s really too bad. I guess there goes our fatality free weekend.
It could have been a medical problem too.
Condolences to his family and friends.

Still trying to figure out with a post like that what the thumbs up and down are supposed to mean.

Now that you mention it, me too.
I can’t figure out whether someone doesn’t like the poster, disagrees with the whole comment or just part of it.
I’d prefer no thumbs.

Very sad. He was well loved by his family and friends. Condolences :(
