Rollover Kills One

Prince George, B.C. – A 33 year old Prince George man is dead following a single vehicle crash this morning.

Prince George RCMP Corporal Craig Douglass says it happened at around 8:15 when the pickup the man was driving rolled down a steep embankment off of Highway 97 South just south of Sintich Road.

He says the man, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was found deceased at the scene.

Douglass also notes a search of the area was conducted and it is not believed that there were any other occupants.

The Prince George RCMP, with the assistance of the North District RCMP’s Traffic Services, continue to investigate.

Witnesses are asked to call police at 250-561-3300. A name has not been released.
