Culinary Arts….The Prequel
Prince George, B.C.- Culinary Team Canada will be in Prince George to hone its skills before heading to Europe for the 2016 competition in Erfurt Germany, and has added another event to its local visit.
An “Uncorked and Uncapped: Appy Night” will be held on Saturday October 3rd, two nights before the formal “Going for Gold Dinner Soiree” set for Monday Oct. 5th.
“Uncorked and Appy” will be a wine, beer and food festival rather than a full plated event set for October 5th.
“This will be another great learning opportunity for CNC’s Professional Cook students,” said Communications Manager, Annette Stevens. “They will get to learn from the best chefs in Canada as they work alongside each other.”
Tickets for the “Uncorked and Uncapped: Appy Night” go on sale today. Call 250-561-5859 or email communications@cnc.bc.ca for more information.
This is the second time the Culinary Team Canada has visited Prince George. The team was here in the fall of 2013 to prepare for a European competition.
