It’s Official ….It’s Canucks Week in P.G.
Prince George, B.C.- The Vancouver Canucks training camp comes to Prince George in just a few short days, but Mayor Lyn Hall has officially proclaimed this “Canucks Week in Prince George.”
Canucks President Hockey Operations, Trevor Linden says the team chose Prince George “For its first class facilities, its strong commitment to the community and its passionate, devoted fans” Linden says training camp provides the Canucks with an opportunity to express their gratitude and thanks for all the support from fans in this city.
The Canucks Training Camp will be held from Friday, September 18 to Sunday, September 20, 2015.
The event will include practices, scrimmages, and opportunities for Northern BC fans to get a look at
their team in action.

The proclamation also identifies September 18 as Wear your Canucks jersey to work or school day” in Prince George. Mayor and Council will be wearing their Canuck jerseys to tonight’s Council meeting.
The City is also calling on all Canuck fans in Prince George to gather in front of City Hall Friday morning at 9:30 to welcome Trevor Linden, mascot Fin and the Canucks organization to Prince George.

Awesome and Cool for PG. I been been on the Canucks fan wagon so long I have nail marks carved in. One day I hope to see them win the Stanley.
