Prince George, B.C.- Two people were taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries following a crash on 5th Avenue over the lunch hour.
Traffic was tied up for a time, as crews worked to remove the vehicles from the eastbound lanes of 5th Avenue at Johnson Street.
The cause of the crash has not been confirmed.

Looks like the crumple zones did their job on the car but it is sad to see another hard body head to the wrecker. Looks in good shape for a 25 year old truck.
Was the truck in the wrong lane? Looks like he was coming up 5th in the east bound lane…
Truck is in the turn lane, 5th has the divider down the middle.
You cant see it, but the maroon truck that is parked on the side of the road had its front driver side wheel bent under the truck .
Sad to see another hard body head to the wrecker.
Literally the first thought I had when I saw the pic. Looks to be in very nice shape. Good luck to the owner in finding another.
