Did you know the 5th Avenue Parkade you can’t get your vehicle out when the power fails, and when I phoned the city, the lady said she tried 5 different people in City Hall and couldn’t find anyone to deal with it. As far as I can tell, there is no plan for opening the parkade doors if there is no power. There’s no manual override.
Some people should have their trees assessed, usually some tree huggers tree causes an outage.
Here on the Hart (near Kelly Road school) the power has gone out for just a second or two four times so far, the last time just a minute ago.
ski51 – I’m surprised that doors with no mechanical override are even allowed.

Not he said you can’t get your car out, he did not say you can’t walk out of the parkade.

Ah , pg in two thousand fifteen with no back up plan , oh well , every bodies doin it . Even twofivezero didn’t have a back up plan . What happens when you get a two day outage ? For starters you lose all of you perishables . Then your freezer starts to thaw out .
I had to go two hours without hearing about a Conservative scandal. I needed a fix.
