Emergency vehicles on scene  where Pedestrian was struck – photo 250News

Prince George, B.C.-  An adult female suffered minor injuries this morning after being struck by a car.

The incident happened at 17th and Victoria,  and  the female pedestrian was in the crosswalk  at 11:30 this morning when she was  struck by a vehicle that was turning  on to Victoria  Street.

RCMP  say the  woman was taken to hospital by ambulance and her injuries are minor.

The driver of the vehicle has been  issued a violation ticket.
