Prince George, B.C.- There is one very happy man in Prince George today as he is the winner of the Prince George Hospice Dream Home 50-50 draw.
Dave Griffin had the winning ticket, #3219 which was drawn last night at the Dream Home on Stillwater Crescent.
When contacted and told he was the winner of $97,980.00 Griffin’s response was just two words “No way!”.
The 50-50 draw’s jackpot means the Prince George Hospice Society also picks up $97,980.00. The jackpot is $21,620 dollars more than was collected through the 50-50 draw in the previous Dream Home Lottery.
As for the Dream Home, the winning ticket for that grand prize will be drawn on Thursday night at the Stillwater Crescent house which is appraised at $465 thousand dollars. it is expected the Dream Home Lottery will be a sellout as there are just 36 of the 8999 available tickets left . Tickets for the Dream Home are $100 each.

I believe it’s irresponsible to publish Lottery winner’s names… here come the vultures.
I think it’s irresponsible to plug the Pulp, Paper and Woodworkers Union. At least they covered up his phone number. If you don’t want your name out there when you win a lottery there is a simple solution. Don’t buy any tickets.
OBTW, congratulations Dave.
nice break in life.
Dave’s my new best friend!
Bent, I didn’t even notice the name on the pen till you mentioned it.. So really you are bringing attention to it..ironic don’t ya think.;)
