Prince George, B.C. – The Prince George RCMP is investigating a hit and run that occurred over the weekend.

Corporal Craig Douglass says it happened late Saturday afternoon on 2nd Avenue near Ogilvie Street.

He says a 20 year old male was transported to hospital after being struck from behind by a pick-up truck.

Douglass says he was treated for non-life threatening injuries then released. He asks anyone who may have witnessed the incident to give police a call at 250-561-3300.
