Prince George, B.C.- The lone occupant of a mobile home in the Sunrise Trailer Park on Lansdowne Road, is lucky to have great neighbours.Around 5:15 this morning, the resident was awakened by a neighbour who was coming home from work and spotted a fire in the area underneath the mobile home.
Eighteen firefighters from three halls arrived to find smoke and flames coming from beneath the home.
Fire attack was hampered because it was difficult to access as most of the fire was in the sub-floor area of the home. Firefighters were on scene for about two hours.
Crews were able to limit most of the fire damage to that sub-floor area.
There is no estimate of damage available at this time.
There are no reported injuries.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation, but initial reports suggest that the fire is not suspicious in nature.

Just call it an electrical fire and be done with it. That’s the easiest way out as it has been used many times.
