Prince George, B.C. – 7-11 is once again stepping up in support of Crime Stoppers.
The convenience store chain will have donation canisters out on all store front counters during January and February offering customers the opportunity to support the volunteer run program.
This initiative marks a continuation of a long standing relationship between 7-Eleven and Crime Stoppers.
In fact since 2004, 7-Eleven customers have donated over $500,000 to support Crime Stoppers programs across the country.
These funds are used to ensure that the Crime Stoppers 24/7 anonymous tip line is available for use by all citizens.

Great idea, provided no one steels them from the counter.
I think all ‘donation’ containers should be made of heavy metal and securely bolted to the counters. That would remove the temptation that presents itself as a show of money just sitting there.
It is common knowledge among Crackheads …need a fix go to 7-11…your friendly dealer is always a PH away….
