Prince George, B.C. – The Prince George RCMP is hoping the public can help them locate a wanted man.

37 year old Prince George resident Jamie Hal Hammerstrom is wanted in relation to a stolen vehicle and possession of stolen property dating back to last September.

Corporal Craig Douglass says he is well known to police and is on the detachment’s prolific offender list.

Hammerstrom is described as a Caucasian male, 173 cm tall (5’8″), 68 kgs (149 pounds), with a medium build, blonde hair and green eyes.

He is considered violent. If you see him you are asked to call 9-1-1 immediately. If you have information about his whereabouts, you’re asked to contact the RCMP at 250-561-3300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
