97 Reopens South of Hixon

Prince George, B.C.- Highway 97 has reopened to traffic near the Meadowbank pellet plant in Strathnaver, 15 kms south of Hixon..
The Highway had been closed earlier today as police investigated fatal collision.
The name of the deceased has not been released.

So when are we getting our four lane divided highway completed or would you sooner spend all of our tax dollars on Site C and leave the province broke for the next 40 yrs and have no money left to fund the things that are needed? LNG another failure.

All the lanes in the world can’t fix stupid.
A four lane divided highway would save many lives. There would be no need to accelerate fast to get around someone ,brake traction and loose control of your vehicle which has happened many times.
