List of events for Monday, February 8th.• 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Otway Nordic Centre: Family Day Fun. Enjoy cross country skiing and snowshoeing at a discounted rate with optional lessons and hotdog lunch.

• 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Ness Lake Bible Camp: Free Family Day Event. Enjoy the family day while sledding, trying the climbing wall, using the heated gym and more. A hot lunch and snack are included so please book ahead if possible.

• 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Northern Sport Centre: Free Family Day. Spend time together as a family and get fit.

• 1:00 – 3:00 PM Outdoor Ice Oval: PG Skates  CANCELLED  because of  rapid thaw.

• 1:00 – 3:00 PM Public Library – Bob Harkins Branch: 100 Iconic Prince George People, Places and Objects. On display in the Public Library stairwell for all of February.
• 1:00 – 3:00 PM 18th Avenue & Foothills: Easy Snowshoe. Join the Caledonia Ramblers as they lead this easy and free two hour round trip snowshoe adventure to moose trail near Ginter’s Field.

• 5:30 – 6:30 PM The Movement Group Fitness Mecca: Free Group Power Class for Ages 13+. Pre-registration is required. 13-15yrs must be accompanied by an adult.

• 7:00 PM: Exploration Place: Chinese New Year Fireworks. Come to The Exploration Place’s parking lot and ring in The Chinese New Year with a fabulous fireworks display by Starlight FX.
