• 10:15 AM Public Library – Bob Harkins Branch: Preschool Storytime. This specially designed program introduces books, stories, songs and rhymes specifically for preschoolers.

• 4:00 – 5:30 PM Public Library – Bob Harkins Branch: Teen Photography. Love taking pics but need some tips? This group will help your paparazzo skills while you share your work and see how other teens are capturing the world. Bring your digital camera and find fun new ways to use it.

• 3:00 PM Public Library – Bob Harkins Branch: Double Digit Drop In. This is a social space for meeting and making friends and having fun. Activities may include scavenger hunts, Minecraft, Wii games and outdoor time in the Knowledge Garden.

• 3:00 PM Public Library – Bob Harkins Branch: Family Lego Time. Meet up with fellow LEGO maniacs; use our lego and your creativity.

•  5:00 – 9:00 PM Two Rivers Gallery: Open Maker Lab. Experiment with your creativity, learn new skills and get inspired by what others are creating. $5 fee is waived!

• 5:30 – 6:30 PM The Movement Group Fitness Mecca: Free Power Class for Ages 13+. Pre-registration is required. 13-15yrs must be accompanied by an adult.

• 6:00 PM Civic Centre: Fan the Flame Awards Banquet & Gala. Celebrate athletic achievement and contributions to sport – featuring special guest Catriona LeMay Doan.

• 6:30 – 11:00 PM Nancy O’s: Jazz and Blues Night ft. Eric Tompkins. Local musician serenades us for an evening of good beer, food and music. No cover.

• 8:00 PM Theatre NorthWest: Dreary and Izzy. A beautiful tale of two First Nations sisters and the true power of unconditional love.
